Andy Dick gets a slap on the wrist, sort of

Ok so remember drunken Andy Dick pulled down a 17 year old girls top at a BWW last month and was arrested for sexual battery? Well luckily for him, he probably won't be charged for sexual battery and probably will get off with some harmless misdemeanors and a bill.

A rep for the DA handling the case just released a statement saying, "We found that his actions were more in line with an assault than a sexual battery. It didn't appear to be an overt sexual act."

The Dick still faces four misdemeanor counts from his drunken tirade at the Murrieta, Ca. Buffalo Wild Wings, and will be arraigned next week for battery, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of less than once ounce of marijuana.

Idiot, next time if he wants titties just call the skanks on that reality show Rock of Love with that homo Brett Michaels. They're all a bunch of hoes and strippers anyway.
