Britney Spear Ends Custody Battle Loses Kids Attends Charity

Britney Spears' long custody battle for her two young boys Sean Preston,2 and Jayden James,1 has ended with her handing them over in a bread basket to ex-husband rapper extraordinaire Kevin Federline. According to K-Fed's lawyer, he gets sole legal and physical custody of the couple's sons, leaving Brit Brit with cruddy twice a week visitations as well as a weekly overnight stay that is monitored. Oh poop!

Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told E! News that the couple have finally reached a settlement in the drawn-out custody battle - one in which K-Fed gets sole legal and physical custody of the couple's sons.

"The court still has to approve it," Kaplan said in regards to the settlement.

Kaplan has been mum on the final and exact terms of the deal, but told E! that his client wasn't "out to get" sole custody. "Kevin's goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can co-parent," he said. But Federline is "absolutely delighted" by the final outcome.

So what does Britney do at the wake of the newly loss of her toddler custody battle? Go out to an event of course! Duh! Its Britney bitches.

Britney attended a charity event hosted by Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey's fundraiser for Generation Rescue, an organization dedicated to researching autism at their estate Saturday night.

A Spy says: "She [Britney] looked great and seemed really happy," says a partygoer of the Snow Queen Vodka-sponsored shindig at the couple's home in Brentwood. Though she kept close to her assistant Brett and didn't speak to other guests, "She smiled and clapped during the video about autism. She was very into the information and watched a little bit of the dancers from Dancing with the Stars, sneaking out during one of the performances."

Happy custody loss Britney! Now power walk on that treadmill and get yourself back on the charts. Not that I'll listen to anything you produce but many Cher and Madonna fans are desperately waiting for you to jiggle a tube top on stage with that awesome oh-so-awesome horse weave.
