Brit Brit in the slammer?! OH NOES!!!

What will Britney Spears do if she ends up in jail? Gnaw on the bars and escape? Gnaw on the gaurd and escape? Gnaw a hole in the ground and escape? Britney will be deposed by Kevin Federline’s attorneys who were not thrilled when Britney claimed to be too ill to appear at a deposition hearing a few weeks ago, then was caught by paparazzi partying that same night. If Brit Brit doesn’t show up in court, she may have to prepare herself for jail time.... not the fuzzy handcuff kind either.

But considering the potentially dire consequences for Brit, she might want to think twice before oversleeping or calling in sick next week.
"She could go to jail for contempt of court if she refuses to show," one legal eagle confirms to OK!.

Maybe some serious consequences may wake this brat up and see the world isn’t just about shopping or driving around aimlessly the streets of LA with not a care in the world.... and breaking the law.
