Ellen Degeneres was the first celebrity to announce wedding plans to her long time girlfriend Portia de Rossi on her show a few days ago.  In the wake of the overturned ban on gay marraige Ellen express to the studio addience, "I would like to say now, for the first time, I am announcing I am getting married." There faces turned beet red and teary eyed with joy.

We here at Celeblite.com would like to extent a congratulations to the newly engaged couple Ellen and Portia with a side note/word of advice: Like many celebrity mistakes throughout Hollywood, do NOT make a honey moon sex tape. Just ask Pamela Anderson, Fred Durst, Tanya Harding, Paris Hilton, Keeley Hazell... the list goes on and on.
