Goes to show the media will say anything for a possible glimpse of attention. Heath Ledger did not die of an overdose but there were prescription medication Ambien, sleeping pills, on his bed side. Not scattered around his body.

The apartment was not owned by Mary-Kate Olsen who the media say she was subletting it to Heath. Complete bullshit.

He was infact in the nude and faced down when found but may have had pneumonia, which may have caused his death.

A dependable source says he did not commit suicide, it was an accidental and untimely death.

Batman did not have any part in his death, that's just dumb.

I just wanted to clear up some media hoopla misinformation for all you fine folks. The autopsy is scheduled to be done today, I'll keep you posted on what the COD was.

UPDATE: Ledger's publicist, Mara Buxbaum, issued a statement:

"We are all deeply saddened and shocked by this accident. This is an extremely difficult time for his loved ones and we are asking the media to please respect the family's privacy and avoid speculation until the facts are known."
