lindsay lohan checks self into jail for 84 minutes

84 minutes in jail is a long time

For a swamp rat named Lindsay Lohan, 84 minutes is a long time for her uterus not being fed. A Sheriff's spokesman said Lohan surrendered to the LA County women's detention center in Lynwood at 10:30 a.m. to serve a one-day sentence for drunken driving. The same place where Paris Hilton served her time.

The county sheriff's Web site reports the actress was admitted at 10:30 a.m. and left at 11:54 a.m., making her jail stay a whopping 84 minutes.

 Lohan turned herself in at 10:30 a.m. She was searched, fingerprinted and placed in a holding cell in the inmate reception area but got to keep her street clothes, sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said. "She was cooperative," he said.

Well, she did serve 2 minutes longer than Nicole Richie when she was in jail for a solid 82 minutes but none of which is more hardcore than Paris that served a few days. I think if they all served regular time, like if one of us non-famous/rich and ugly folk were to go to jail, these chicks would freak the hell out and perhaps learn a lesson. Learning lessons are stupid anyway and we'd never see nip slips and cool drunkin' pictures, so keep up the good work ladies and continue shopping with no bra on!
