Come on, Miley Cyrus totally new what she was doing in the Vanity Fair photo shoot posing for a topless picture. I'm sure no one pulled out a gun and told her to take her top off. Besides we all know she's a promiscuous 15 year old girl after all those ~~gross~~ "sexy" personal myspace photos leaked onto the internet. Stop playing dumb.

The singer, 15, tells PEOPLE: "My goal in my music and my acting is always to make people happy. For Vanity Fair, I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed."

A source says she was not nude but had clothes under a draped clothe. Below I have the full photograph that was taken at the photo shoot and it clearly appears to be a topless underaged Miley with a sheet/cloth over her mosquito bites.
